Our Refund Policy

Refunds are available before you access the course content. Once you begin the course, no refunds are available. However, our 100% IRS acceptance guarantee always applies—if the IRS rejects your certificate, we'll make it right.

1. Refund Policy

We offer refunds on course purchases subject to the following conditions:

1.1 No Refunds After Course Access

Once you access the course content, no refunds are available.

By beginning the course and accessing any course materials, you acknowledge that the digital product has been delivered and the refund period ends. This applies even if you have only viewed a single module or page of course content.

1.2 Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a full refund, you must:

  • Request the refund within 14 calendar days of your original purchase date
  • Not have accessed any course content
  • Not have started any course modules
  • Not have downloaded or received your certificate

1.2 Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@CAAForensicTraining.com with:

  • Your full name and email address used for purchase
  • Order number or transaction ID
  • Reason for requesting the refund (optional, but helps us improve)

2. IRS Acceptance Guarantee

We are confident that our forensic training certificate meets all IRS requirements for CAA applications. However, if you encounter issues, we have you covered:

2.1 What's Covered

If the IRS rejects your CAA application specifically because your forensic training certificate:

  • Does not meet their content requirements
  • Does not meet their format requirements
  • Is not from a provider on their reviewed list
  • Does not cover the required document types

We will, at our discretion:

  • Option A: Issue a corrected certificate that addresses the IRS feedback at no cost, OR
  • Option B: Provide a full refund of your course purchase price

2.2 What's Not Covered

This guarantee does not cover CAA application rejections due to:

  • Failure to complete other required training (e.g., ITIN acceptance agent training)
  • Issues with your e-Services account or application submission
  • Background check failures or suitability concerns
  • Incomplete or incorrect application information
  • Missing supporting documentation unrelated to forensic training
  • IRS processing backlogs or delays

2.3 How to Claim

To claim the IRS Acceptance Guarantee:

  1. 1. Contact us within 90 days of receiving your IRS rejection notice
  2. 2. Provide a copy of the IRS communication showing the specific reason for rejection
  3. 3. Include your order details and the certificate we issued

We will review your case and respond within 5 business days with a resolution.

3. Refund Processing

3.1 Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved:

  • We will initiate the refund within 3 business days
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method
  • Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account

3.2 Refund Amount

Refunds are issued for the full course purchase price. We do not deduct any processing fees or administrative costs from your refund.

4. Special Circumstances

4.1 Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchased the course twice, contact us immediately. We will refund the duplicate purchase in full, regardless of whether you've completed the course.

4.2 Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing or completing the course:

  1. First: Contact our support team at support@CAAForensicTraining.com. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
  2. If unresolvable: If we cannot resolve the technical issue within 5 business days, you are eligible for a full refund regardless of course progress.

4.3 Replacement Certificates

Replacement physical certificates (due to lost mail, damage, or address errors) are available for $50 (includes reprinting and shipping). This is not considered a refundable purchase.

5. Account Access After Refund

Upon refund approval:

  • Your access to the course materials will be revoked
  • Any certificates issued will be invalidated and should not be used
  • Your account may be retained for customer service purposes but course access will be removed

6. Exceptions and Discretionary Refunds

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If your situation doesn't fit the standard refund criteria but you believe a refund is warranted, please contact us to explain your circumstances. We review each case individually and may grant discretionary refunds in appropriate situations.

Important Note

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected abuse of our refund policy, including but not limited to: completing the course and requesting a refund, sharing course materials before requesting a refund, or repeatedly purchasing and refunding.
